The Venue
The Seven Springs Retreat Center is 126 acres in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains. Having been passed down through multiple generations, this land has been mindfully and lovingly groomed to be a place of refuge and restoration.
Your Host
Courtney Connell is an E-RYT 500 yoga instructor, certified and registered through the Yoga Alliance. She is formally trained in Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Gentle and Nidra. Her passion lies in studying the links between Western Medicine and Eastern Practice while creating mindful sequences to challenge the mind, body and soul. All retreats are blended with 8-limb philosophy, honoring a complete yogic experience.

Meet our special guest Bodywork Babe (AKA Beverly Kennedy). Beverly is a sound healer, reiki master and licensed massage therapist grounded in the roots of her ancestral traditions and committed to a path of service. She is formally trained in massage, reiki (Usui & Karuna Master), Sound therapy, pranic healing, hot stone, lymphatic drainage, reflexology, cupping, and various other healing techniques. She will be providing sound healing during meditation and the yoga practices as well as Add-on services which can be booked directly with her prior to the retreat.
